If you love the IRS, you'll love Obamacare 

Last week, the GAO released a report, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act: IRS Should Expand Its Strategic Approach to Implementation, detailing IRS involvement in the implementation of Obamacare.

According to the report, the implementation of Obamacare "is a major effort at IRS" requiring more than 1,200 full-time equivalent staff and a budget of $473 million in fiscal year 2012 alone. The IRS is responsible for implementing 47 separate Obamacare provisions including coming up with a definition for the term "household income" and coordinating income information sharing with the Department of Health and Human Services.
