A hit-and-run with no injuries occurred on northbound U.S. Highway 101 just south of Airport Boulevard at 7:43 a.m.

Due to Oracle OpenWorld, which runs through Thursday, commuters should expect heavy traffic and delays around the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

Bus shuttles substituted the Muni Powell/Hyde Cable Car, which was down at 6:03 a.m.
