Hines acquires 600 Clipper Drive in Belmont 

Hines, an international real estate firm with an office in San Francisco, has purchased 600 Clipper Drive in Belmont from Broadreach Capital Partners.

The three-story, 160,000 square foot Class A office building with 471 parking spaces is currently vacant.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
