All three trophies will be available to see on various dates in January and February in California, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada and New York City.

All three San Francisco Giants World Series trophies are going on a tour of California and other western states, team officials announced Monday.

After the Giants' third World Series championship in five years, the trophies in January are embarking on their third tour to benefit the team's Junior Giants program.

The Junior Giants is a free non-competitive baseball program for 22,000 boys and girls in 87 underserved communities in northern and central California and southern Oregon.

The trophies will be open to the public for viewing at each stop and admission is free, but a small donation is recommended to benefit the Junior Giants program, team officials said.

Most stops will be in California but stops are also planned in Oregon, Arizona, Nevada and in the team's original home of New York City. The Giants began playing in San Francisco in 1958.

Bay Area stops include Santa Rosa on Jan. 10, Concord on Jan. 12, Vacaville on Jan. 13, Vallejo on Jan. 20, Daly City on Jan. 28 and Hayward on Jan. 29.

In February the trophies will stop in San Mateo on Feb. 2, San Jose on Feb. 3, Richmond on Feb. 4, San Francisco on Feb. 7, Santa Clara on Feb. 9, Gilroy on Feb. 19, Salinas on Feb. 20, and Marina and Santa Cruz on Feb. 21.

There will also be an unannounced stop in Antioch.
