Giants FanFest set for Saturday

Doesn’t just seem like yesterday that Madison Bumgarner and the Giants clinched their third World Series championship in five years?

Fans and players are ramping up for spring training and the first season a new season is approaching is Giants FanFest, which is Saturday at AT&T Park. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with 38 players, coaches and other team personnel scheduled to attend.

Admission is free and fans can line up to get autographs, walk on the field, take a self-guided tour of the visitor’s clubhouse and more.

One of the main attractions will be the triplets: the World Series trophies from 2010, 2012 and 2014.

KNBR (680 AM) will be broadcasting from home plate, with question-and-answer sessions on the Virgin America Club Level.

Single-game tickets also officially go on sale Saturday at 8 a.m. and can be purchased at sfgiants.com, at AT&T Park ticket windows, all Giants Dugout Store locations or by phone at (877) 473-4849. Parking is $10 in lots A, C and D. Food concession stands will also be open.
