Gaffe-prone Paul gets a haircut, but still leads 

According to Rasmussen, Kentucky Republican Rand Paul now leads his Democratic opponent for Senate, Attorney General Jack Conway, by 8 points, 49 to 41 percent.

Rasmussen’s earlier poll showed Paul with a 25-point lead immediately after his victory in the primary and before his gaffe on the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
