Fourth Street planned to open through Mission Bay on Friday

Fourth Street is planned to open for traffic through UC San Francisco’s Mission Bay campus on Friday, nearly four months behind schedule.

The thoroughfare includes bike lanes and will serve as a main pedestrian corridor through the campus. A northern stretch of Fourth Street, which opened late last year, is planned to become a retail hub with an intimate neighborhood feel.
