Former Brocade CEO convinced on nine counts 

Former Brocade Communications Inc. chief executive officer Gregory Reyes was found guilty of nine of 10 counts, including securities fraud, false regulatory filings and falsifying books and records by a federal jury in San Francisco on Friday. He was acquitted of a conspiracy charge. He was the first chief executive convicted by a jury for backdating in a broad government crackdown on stock-options manipulation.
