Fog advisories lifted for Bay Area bridges 

The California Highway Patrol has lifted fog advisories for toll bridges in the Bay Area, including the San Mateo Bridge, Richmond-San
Rafael Bridge, Carquinez Bridge, Benicia-Martinez Bridge, Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge.

All advisories were lifted by about 12:40 p.m. Sunday, a CHP officer said.

Heavy fog advisories were first issued Saturday for the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge at 11:28 p.m. and the Carquinez Bridge at 11:34
p.m.

Early Sunday, heavy fog advisories were also issued for the Bay Bridge at 12:28 a.m. and the Golden Gate Bridge at 12:45 a.m.

Later a heavy fog advisory was issued for the Benicia-Martinez Bridge at 5:04 a.m.

Finally, a fog advisory was issued for the San Mateo Bridge at 6:24 a.m.
