A great hike

Good morning: Hidden in the Berkeley and Oakland hills, the 208-acre Claremont Canyon Regional Preserve rises to a sweeping Bay vista. Hike up via the Stonewall-Panoramic Trail, which climbs steeply for three-quarters of a mile among eucalyptus trees. At the peak you're rewarded with uninterrupted vistas of the Bay and San Francisco's skyline. Head back the way you came for well-deserved bacon and eggs at Berkeley brunch staple Rick & Ann's restaurant, located a few blocks down the hill from the trailhead.
