In the wake of Amanda Bynes’ involuntary hospitalization, a girl who says she used to be friends with Bynes has described some of the bizarre behavior she claims to have witnessed.

Ana Rivera is quoted in the New York Daily News as saying that Bynes is “weird” and has a hard time differentiating what she says out loud and she thinks she is only saying in her head. Rivera also alleges that Bynes has memory issues.

“When she says in public that it wasn’t her, it must be an imposter, I don’t think she’s even aware or remembers going out in those outfits, and so genuinely believes it’s not her,” Rivera says.

Rivera claims Bynes also called her “ugly” on several occasions but then seemed to have no memory of it, sort of like her tweets about Drake, which are either about how hot he is or how fugly he is, depending on the day.

“There’s a lot of disorganization going on in her brain,” says Rivera. “She desperately needs help.”
