'Empty your pockets, peasant!' Left bloggers go nuts over fake story. 

Over on the aptly named Crooks and Liars blog, the Liars are doing most of the work today:

St. Paul, MN – Minnesota Republicans are pushing legislation that would make it a crime for people on public assistance to have more $20 in cash in their pockets any given month. This represents a change from their initial proposal, which banned them from having any money at all.

No, it's not true, in case you're wondering. But the next time you hear about some horrible, terrible bill that Republicans are proposing, you can remember to take it with a mine of salt. Reality-based community indeed.
