‘Divergent’ star looks forward to LGBT superheroes 

“Divergent” star Theo James says he’s looking forward to the day a gay action hero hits the big screen.

In an interview with Advocate magazine, the British hunk said, “Today there are great shows like ‘Looking,’ poignant pieces of work that revolve around a central cast of characters that happen to be gay. ... Hopefully the day [we have a gay action hero] isn’t far away.”

In The Hollywood Reporter, “Divergent” co-star Shailene Woodley said she does not date based on gender: “I fall in love with human beings based on who they are, not based on what they do or what sex they are,” she said.


The Porsche carrying “Fast & Furious” star Paul Walker was traveling up to 94 mph when it went out of control on a Santa Clarita street and crashed, killing the actor and friend Roger Rodas, according to an investigation by law enforcement agencies into the November accident. Investigators said unsafe speed caused the accident.

A funeral service was held for designer L’Wren Scott.
