Dim bulb: U.S. corporations 

Two-thirds of U.S. corporations paid no federal income taxes between 1998 and 2005, according to a report from Congress this week, while collectively reporting trillions of dollars in sales. Although the report drew condemnation from some Democrats, it did not specify why corporations were not paying federal or corporate taxes, and did not identify any companies by name.
