Delays on Bay Bridge, highways, Muni Thursday morning

A three-car collision with minor injuries occurred on northbound Interstate 280 just south of Geneva Avenue at 8:16 a.m. Thursday, blocking the left lane and shoulder. Commuters should expect delays.

A traffic hazard was reported on northbound I-280 just south of the Cesar Chavez Street offramp at 7:06 a.m.

A hit-and-run with no injuries occurred on southbound I-280 just north of the Westborough Boulevard East onramp at 7:42 a.m.

The Muni M-Ocean View train at Broad Street and Orizaba Avenue went out of service at 8:28 a.m. due to a mechanical issue, and the 9-San Bruno line had longer than typical wait times as of 6:49 a.m.

Commuters should expect slow-flowing Bay Bridge traffic on eastbound I-80 between Yerba Buena Tunnel and the toll plaza due to roadwork.
