Deadline approaches for Youth Commission 

Anyone age 12 to 23 interested in becoming a member of the Youth Commission has until Friday to submit an application.

The commission is made up of a dozen young San Franciscans who are appointed by the mayor and the Board of Supervisors to one-year terms. Members advise the mayor and supervisors on the effects of policy and legislation on youths.
