DC is a lot whiter than it used to be

DC's Census data has come out, and here's one thing that jumped out at me: non-Hispanic hites are now a full third of DC's population, and non-Hispanic blacks are only barely a majority. Compared to last Census, the non-Hispanic white population grew by 31.6 % while the non-Hispanic black population declined by 11.5 percent.

Put another way: compared to 10 years ago, there are a lot more white people and a lot fewer black people.
