Davis leads UC Irvine over Seattle 78-67 

Will Davis II had 21 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks to lead UC Irvine to a 78-67 victory against Seattle on Tuesday night.

Chris McNealy added 13 points and Adam Folker seven points and 15 rebounds for the Anteaters (7-13).

Aaron Broussard scored 10 points and Prince Osabi 14 for the Redhawks (5-13).

Seattle was within 57-52 with 6:52 remaining when two baskets by Davis were followed by a jumper and 3-pointer by McNealy. That gave UC Irvine a 67-56 cushion with 4:30 to play, and the Redhawks got no closer than six points afterward.

Daman Starring scored 12 points and Michael Wilder 10 for the Anteaters.

Eric Wallace had nine points and 10 rebounds for Seattle.
