Daily slot tournaments pay off at Cache Creek

Bay Area favorite Cache Creek Casino Resort is offering a new promotion called the Daily Dash for Cash.

The promotion at the casino in Brooks launched at the start of the month and will consist of five-minute slot tournaments open to every guest who comes through the door, held every 30 minutes until Feb. 11.

Each week’s top 10 scorers qualify for the grand finale slot tournament Feb. 13, where the first prize is $25,000. Other prizes include cash and bonus play for the top 60 scorers, depending on where they place in the final tournament.

The promotion also features cash giveaways of $1,500 every Saturday and Sunday at 6 and 10 p.m., along with the final day of drawings, where the casino will give away $8,000 on Feb. 12 every two hours from 10 p.m. to midnight.

Cache Club members earn one free slot tournament entry each day at the kiosks. Additional tournament entries are earned for every 2,000 points earned that day (up to 11 tournament entries per day).

Tournaments are held every 30 minutes, from 2 to 10 p.m. every day, except Jan. 21 and Feb. 4. The tournaments on those days will be held from 4 to 10 p.m.

Each tournament winner will receive a $10 food credit, valid at C2, The Sports Page, Canyon Cafe, Harvest Buffet, Asian Kitchen, Chang Shou, Loco Express or The Deli.Sixty players will qualify to play in the tournament, which will consist of two rounds of 30 players. The top 20 players from these two rounds will play in the final cash round.
