Daily Outrage: Tax dollars spin wheels on Reno bus sculpture 

WHAT: A 40-foot-long, 28-foot-high, 6.5-ton sculpture of a bus to decorate a new transit station in Reno, Nev.

WHY IT’S AN OUTRAGE: The decorative bus was paid for with a $228,000 federal economic stimulus grant and funds from the local government. How many cops or teachers could be paid with that money instead?
