Daily Outrage: Ohio man allegedly swipes Salvation Army donations 

WHO: Shawn Krieger of Toledo, Ohio

WHAT: Allegedly shouting, “I can’t stand you and your bell-ringing. I hate Christmas,” the 44-year-old grabbed a Salvation Army red kettle filled with about $700 of donated money outside a crowded general store in Maumee, Ohio. When the bell-ringer reportedly tried to take the kettle back, Krieger pushed her down to the ground before driving off with the kettle in a stolen pickup truck.

WHAT WAS DONE: One shopper wrote down the truck’s license plate number while others consoled the bell-ringer, who had suffered a small cut. Evidence inside the truck, which was found in Toledo, led police to Krieger. He was arrested Monday.
