Daily Outrage: Man kills 11, injures 30 on tour of destruction 

WHAT: Li Xianliang, 38, a bulldozer operator at a rural coal depot in northern China, took his vehicle on a rampage after an argument with a customer. He rammed into an office before setting off on his tour of destruction.

HOW: Li was reportedly drinking before he ran amok with his bulldozer, killing 11 and leaving 30 hospitalized. He was arrested amid what looked like a war zone. Deadly rampages are becoming a problem in China.

WHY IT’S OUTRAGEOUS: A bus driver plowed into a crowd in February while fleeing from police after stabbing a co-worker. He killed 10 people and injured 11. Stabbing rampages this year have left 17 dead, including 15 children, and more than 80 injured.
