Daily-Outrage: Coke investor: Retired ICE agent pleads guilty to drug trafficking involvement 

WHO: Richard Padilla Cramer of Green Valley, Ariz.

WHAT: A retired U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent pleaded guilty Thursday to active involvement in an international cocaine smuggling gang. For the plea deal, federal prosecutors in Miami dropped three drug trafficking charges against Cramer.

HOW BAD: The former ICE agent was accused of investing $25,000 in a scheme that smuggled 660 pounds of cocaine from Panama to Spain. He was also charged with leaking confidential law enforcement databases to help smugglers find whether one of their gang members was a government informant. Cramer also allegedly functioned as a consultant, advising the gang how American law enforcement works.
