CSS is the process of involving stakeholders into a planning project. Kassoff is scheduled to speak at a meeting of the Peninsula Cities Consortium, a group of cities along the proposed route for a new bullet train. The meeting will take place Friday from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. in the Burlingame Council Chambers, 501 Primrose Road.
