Crooks choke, stab and steal in San Francisco crimes 

Crooks and thugs choked, stabbed and stole in San Francisco crimes over the weekend.

1400 block of Bush Street
11:15 a.m. Sunday

A 29-year-old woman was robbed at knifepoint in her own home, police said. The victim got a call about the suspect coming over, a woman in her 20s, who threatened the victim with a knife and took the victim’s cellpohone, shoes and cosmetics.

Market and Seventh streets
12:50 p.m. Sunday

Two people were stabbed, police said. The two victims, a 34-year-old woman and 40-year-old man, said they were involved in an altercation and stabbed. They would not tell police any more than that.

Geary and Jones streets
5:30 p.m. Saturday

A man and woman in their 60s were the victims of an attempted robbery, police said. The two victims were leaving a store when a 41-year-old woman tried to rip the cash out of the woman’s hands. A struggle ensued and the man was able to detain the crook until police arrived.

1000 block of Market Street
7:50 p.m. Saturday

A 53-year-old woman was choked and robbed, police said. The victim was attacked by a man in his 40s who choked the victim and stole her cellphone.
