Commission could vote on Police Department Brady policy 

Police Chief George Gascon has already announced the department’s reform measures in the wake of the crime lab scandal and the revelation that dozens of police misconduct records were kept from defense lawyers.

But what does the civilian body charged with setting policy for the department think of this policy? Find out tomorrow when the Police Commission discusses it weeks after the announcement.

Commission member Petra DeJesus, who has faulted Gascon for making policy decisions without prior approval, didn’t sound too happy last week. We’ll see how it works out tomorrow.
