College fails to cancel dead professor's classes 

DIM BULB: University of Pennsylvania students were puzzled by a no-show professor who missed the first day of his political science class. After about an hour, an administrator’s email notified waiting students that professor Henry Teune, 75, had died six months ago. The Ivy League college officials apologized for not bothering to cancel Teune’s course.
