City’s electric vehicle movement charges forward 

In a unanimous vote Tuesday, the Board of Supervisors approved the acceptance of a $1 million federal grant, which will be matched with another $1 million from other sources, to invest in San Francisco’s electric vehicle infrastructure.

“Our intention is to set up 60 EV chargers in 22 garages throughout The City,” David Assmann, Department of Environment’s acting director, has said.
