  • R&B singer Chris Brown appears in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, March 17, 2014. After a weekend in jail, Chris Brown has been ordered to remain in jail without bail for allegedly violating his probation stemming from his 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna hours before the Grammy Awards.

Chris Brown is in trouble again.

TMZ reports the singer was ejected from a Malibu rehab facility Friday for violating three internal rules -- including a special rule imposed specifically on him to stay at least 2 feet away from women.

Brown apparently violated the unusual rule by touching elbows and hands with a woman. Another infraction: After he left the facility last week on an authorized outing, he allegedly refused to submit to a random drug test upon his return. (He apparently did take it later and results were negative.)

The facility also says Brown made a mockery of rehab during a group session with some harsh comments.

Brown, who was arrested Friday because he allegedly violated probation in connection with his 2009 conviction for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna, was jailed over the weekend.
