The case of a San Francisco man accused of killing 52-year-old Pearla Louis, who was found stuffed into a suitcase that was tossed into the Bay, was set to resume in court Tuesday.

The task at hand Tuesday is to set a preliminary hearing date for defendant Lee Bell, 48, who has pleaded not guilty to the murder.
