Once a prankster, always a prankster — it seems to be the case with Vitalii Sediuk, the Ukrainian guy who targeted Brad Pitt on the red carpet at Wednesday’s “Maleficent” premiere in Los Angeles.

Witnesses told E! News that fans “went insane” as Pitt began signing autographs just before Sediuk allegedly attacked Angelina Jolie’s fiance, who wasn’t injured in the incident.

Sediuk, who was taken into custody and booked for battery, apparently has a history of similar unsavory encounters with stars. Earlier this month at the Cannes Film Festival, he attempted to dive under the hem of America Ferrera’s yellow Georges Hobeika Couture dress.

In January at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles, he purportedly wrapped his arms around an unsuspecting Bradley Cooper, then nestled his face in the actor’s crotch; nearby Michael Peña and Mandy Patinkin helped pry Sediuk from Cooper’s legs. At the Grammy Awards in 2013, Jennifer Lopez thwarted his attempts to ruin Adele’s acceptance speech.
