Boehner suggests Obama try “ass kicking” on the national debt

House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, wants President Obama to start kicking some ass on the nation’s rising debt.
Boehner told reporters on Wednesday that the nation wants Congress to cut spending immediately, but he believes Democrats aren’t listening and may not even vote on spending guidelines this year.
Earlier this week, Obama defended his handling of the oil spill on Today Show, where he told host Matt Lauer he was spending time talking to Gulf Coast fisherman about the spill  “so I know whose ass to kick.”
Boehner wants Obama to direct some of that anger at reducing the rate of government spending.
“I think it’s time for Democrats here on Capitol Hill to start listening to the American people,” Boehner said. “They want spending cut and they want it cut now.  And I’m wondering, why isn’t the President looking for someone’s ‘ass to kick’ on this subject?”
