Bay Area parking, transit to be affected over Labor Day weekend

Parking: San Francisco parking meters will be enforced Monday, but not residential parking permit restrictions.

Muni: The only changes for Muni operations will be on Monday, when the transit agency will run a Sunday schedule, which means less frequent service and later start times.

BART: BART will run a Sunday schedule Monday, meaning service will begin around 8 a.m. BART parking lot permit and fee requirements will not be enforced.  



Golden Gate Transit: Bus and ferry service will be on a Sunday schedule. There will be no morning commute service on lines.

Caltrain: Will operate on a Sunday schedule.

SamTrans: Will operate on a Sunday schedule.
