Bagale shows off soulful style

Multi-instrumentalist and soul singer Joe Bagale is releasing his debut CD on Friday at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall at a concert/party featuring local favorites.

The 24-year-old San Francisco-based musician plays all of the instruments on the recording. It’s a compilation of funky, groovin’ tunes, some with a nifty ’70s retro feel. Also on Friday’s bill are Italian popster Nino Moschella and the jazzy, hip-hoppy Shotgun Wedding Quintet.

The show starts at 9 p.m.; tickets are $14 to $16. The club is at 859 O’Farrell St. Call (415) 885-0750 or visit www.gamh.com.
