Bad dad endangers daughter in drunken driving incident

One drunken dad forced his daughter to be an accomplice during a hit-and-run crash in the Excelsior district Tuesday afternoon.

The woozy driver smashed into several parked cars on the unit block of Naples Street around 12:50 p.m., police said. After the pile-up, witnesses spotted him walking away from the mess, they said.

And he wasn’t alone — he brought along his daughter, a minor, who had been in the car during the crash, police said.

The man had a suspended license, they said.

He was slapped with DUI, hit-and-run and child endangerment charges, police said.
