Autistic boy receives 500 Christmas cards

An autistic boy in central Kentucky is happy after his wish for Christmas cards over the holiday came true.

Jacob Rosado of Radcliff received 500 cards after his mother, Carolyn Rosado, put his wish on Facebook.

Carolyn Rosado told The News-Enterprise that her 8-year-old son told her after Thanksgiving that he wanted the cards because he wanted to make some friends (http://bit.ly/ynBHKs).

The day after posting the request, Rosado said other moms offered to help spread the word and by the time Christmas came around her son had received cards from several states — and from other countries, including Australia and England.
