Aspen Institute: Former NPR executive Ron Schiller will not work for us 

How do you resign from a job that you haven't even started yet?

According to the Aspen Institute, Ron Schiller, the former NPR executive caught on tape trashing conservatives, has suggested that he not work for the organization.

Schiller had already taken the job with the organization just days before the controversial video was released. He was scheduled to start in April.

Here is the full statement:

Ron Schiller has informed us that, in light of the controversy surrounding his recent statements, he does not feel that it's in the best interests of the Aspen Institute for him to come work here.
