Arguing the SEC budget on the House floor -- don't forget that they surf for porn at work 

At the moment, Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., is trying to add to the budget of the Securities and Exchange Commision. Rep. Jo Ann Emerson, R-Mo., just pointed out on the floor that the agency's budget has increased by 160 percent over the last decade. What's more, despite its role in demanding accounting integrity among large businesses, the SEC hasn't properly accounted for its own finances since 2004.

What she didn't bring up is the fact that SEC employees are notorious for spending the workday surfing for porn.
