Are Big Labor leaders in Washington giving marching orders to Wisconsin Democrats? 

There was a flicker of hope Sunday evening that those 14 Wisconsin Democrat state senators lolling around in Illinois to avoid doing their duty as elected officials might be coming home. But something happened between Sunday and Monday to change their tune.

Republican Gov. Scott Walker and Republican Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald had spent major parts of the preceding days negotiating with the Fleebagger Democrats in an attempt to get them to agree to return to Madison in order to break the legislative stalemate over the chief executive's proposals to limit public employees' collective bargaining powers.

Walker and Fitzgerald were clearly frustrated yesterday when it became evident the Fleebaggers have no intention of returning to their jobs any time soon. This news video poduced by Bill Osmulski of the McIver Institute lays it all out:
