Animated flyover shows USF science center plans

An animated flyover of a new science center planned at the University of San Francisco was published online.

Construction of the 60,000-square-foot Center for Science and Innovation, which will replace the 44-year-old Harney Science Center, is planned once the Lone Mountain neighborhood-based private university raises sufficient funds.

The flyover was published Wednesday on YouTube. The online video’s title is The Heart of Campus: Center for Science and Innovation.

Construction of the center was approved last week by city planning officials.
