Amelie Le Moullac, 24, identified as bicyclist killed in SoMa crash

Amelie Le Moullac, 24, of San Francisco has been identified as the bicyclist killed during a collision with a big-rig Wednesday morning in the South of Market district, police said.

The truck was trying to make a right turn at Sixth and Folsom streets about 7 a.m. when it collided with the cyclist, Sgt. Dennis Toomer said.

Le Moullac was pronounced dead after being taken to San Francisco General Hospital. The driver remained at the scene and was not cited, Toomer said.

According to her LinkedIn account, Le Moullac was a client executive at the public relations firm Voce Communications. The company, which has offices in Sunnyvale, Orlando and on Third Street in San Francisco, paid tribute to Le Moullac on its website.

"We miss you dearly," the company said. "We will miss your smile, your humor, your wit and your friendship. You are irreplaceable and unforgettable."
