A fatal shooting in front of a housing project early Friday morning marked the third death by gunfire in just over 24 hours, police said.

Twine died at the scene, police said.

Less than six hours earlier, a 19-year-old man died after being hit by multiple bullets in the Oceanview neighborhood. The man’s name was not being released until his family is notified, the Medical Examiner’s Office said.

Early Thursday morning, Steven Garrett, 26, of San Francisco, was shot dead following an argument in the Tenderloin, cops said.
