If you are a family of four and are planning to go to a 49ers game this season at sparkling-new Levi’s Stadium, you better bring your bitcoin.

If you don’t know what bitcoin is, you might not be able to afford a 49ers game at the state-of-the-art stadium in Santa Clara.

It will cost a family of four $641.50 to attend a 49ers game this season, according to Team Marketing Report’s Fan Cost Index for the NFL. That makes the $1.2 billion Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara the most expensive among the NFL’s 32 teams and a 38.7 percent increase from what it cost 49ers fans to attend a game at Candlestick Park last season. A family four paid $462.22 last year at the Stick.

And what does that get you? The cost is based on four season tickets, two beers, four sodas, four hot dogs, parking, two programs and two adult-size hats.

Even the beer at a Niners game is among the NFL’s most expensive. A 20-ounce brew at Levi’s goes for $10.25, second to the Raiders’ $10.75.

The Raiders, on the other hand, are a relative bargain at $420.70, a 4.7 percent increase at O.co Coliseum. The NFL average is $479.45, up 4.4 percent.

For nonpremium tickets, the Niners come in at an average of $117 — second to the New England Patriots at $122. Eight teams check in at more than $100 for nonpremium seats. Raiders nonpremium tickets are $64.80, below the NFL average of $84.43.

The Patriots had the most experience premium tickets at $566.67, while the Niners are fourth at $320 — behind the Washington Redskins ($375.32) and Dallas Cowboys ($340).

If you are looking for the average cheapest season ticket, go to Cleveland. The least expensive Browns season ticket will cost you $54.20. The Niners’ cheapest season ticket goes for $85.

As of 5 p.m. Thursday, a bitcoin was worth $492.80.
