300 customers still without power near Stonestown

Several hundred Pacific Gas & Electric Co. customers in San Francisco remain without power after an early-morning outage today, PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said.

The outage began at about 6:15 a.m. and initially affected 1,030 customers in the St. Francis Woods and Stonestown neighborhoods, he said. As of 8:30 a.m., roughly 300 PG&E customers were still without power.

PG&E crews have not determined what caused the power interruption and do not yet have an estimate of when power will be restored to the remaining customers.
