  • During an operation with Department of Homeland Security investigators, police seized one assault rifle, two assault pistols, six handguns, high-capacity magazines, a large amount of ammunition, methamphetamine, cocaine salt, base rock cocaine and marijuana.

Police in San Francisco last month seized a cache of weapons and drugs and arrested three people during a joint investigation with Department of Homeland Security investigators.

The Jan. 23 operation led to the arrests of Gerardo Rodriguez, 25, of San Francisco, Brenda Cardenas, 23, of Daly City, and Jacques Duhon, 31, of San Francisco, police said.

Police seized one assault rifle, two assault pistols, six handguns, high-capacity magazines, a large amount of ammunition, methamphetamine, cocaine salt, base rock cocaine and marijuana during the Jan. 23 operation.
