2 adults, dog rescued from cliff at Fort Funston 

Two adults and a dog were rescued after being stranded on a cliff at a national park near San Francisco's Lakeshore neighborhood Saturday evening.

A fire dispatcher said crews responded around 5:30 p.m. to a report of people stranded on a cliff at Fort Funston National Park.

Two people and the dog were rescued about an hour later, and were medically evaluated. The extent of their injuries was not immediately known.
