1,600 PG&E customers lose power in The City

More than 1,500 customers in The City were without power Monday afternoon, PG&E said.

A spokesman said 1,600 customers in portions of Fisherman’s Wharf, Nob Hill and Russian Hill were affected beginning just after 3 p.m. Monday.

“Our crews responded and investigated,” PG&E spokesman Joe Molica said.

All power was restored by 5:20 p.m. Molica did not know what caused the outage.
