‘16 and Pregnant’ star’s libel lawsuit against Perez Hilton tossed

Celeb gossip columnist and fellow bottom-feeder Perez Hilton had his day in court when a judge tossed a libel case against him brought by a star of MTV’s “16 and Pregnant.”

Kristina Head accused the gadfly of suggesting that she may have murdered her ex-fiancé and father of her child, Todd Hight Jr. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hilton was merely echoing what the fiancé’s mother, Tina Hight, had already insinuated on Facebook when she wrote, “They killed him” and “We feel like they all planned this.”

THR speculates that the case was dumped partly because Head made the tragic drowning death of her fiancé a central part of her story arc on the show, opening the door for people to speculate about it.

Really? Sounds like Head actually could have a case against her ex’s mother.
