The Board of Supervisors Land Use and Economic Development Committee approved Monday zoning amendments to allow for the demolition of a one-story, 18-foot building at 1415 Mission St. and the development of a 14-story, 130-foot tall building with 117 residential units above 2,742 square feet of street-level retail and a three-level underground parking garage. The zoning changes will now head to the full board for a vote.
