A pack of young thugs held a man at knifepoint and assaulted him before stealing his cash in the Mission district early this morning, police said.
The 21-year-old victim was walking in the area of 24th and Bryant streets about 12:30 a.m. when one of five suspects, believed to be between 18 and 20 years old, placed a knife against the victim’s neck.
All five goons then punched and kicked the victim several times, police said, before stealing his wallet.
The crooks fled and no arrests were made as of today.
The victim was treated at the hospital for his injuries, which were not life-threatening.
